When someone reaches out for counselling, this is a very personal decision. Finding the right fit for this journey starts with asking what to expect out of our time together so I can understand your goals and you can ask questions too. That is why it is important have a consultation prior to beginning. I believe in a great fit too!
Counselling can be a single session or brief or solution focused (one goal). Counselling can also take the form of several sessions or longer term support(s). We will check in with each other and ensure our time together is moving forward. There is a mutual understanding that every client brings beautiful strengths into each session. Remember, you are the expert in your story!
